The Harbor Patrol defends against enemy attacks targeting the Casino, Foreman’s Office, The Bar, and the Unmarked Chopper.

• The Harbor Patrol defense sector is in the bottom row on the City screen.
• The Harbor Patrol must be manned by hoods in order to effectively withstand an enemy Boss's attack.
• The strength of each hood assigned to the Harbor Patrol is increased by 5% for each level of upgrade. (e.g. Level 4 = +20% for each hood)
• The number of hoods that can man the Harbor Patrol is equal to its Size.
• Hoods who defend against an attack take damage and can be healed with an Emergency Room
