Bide your time and prepare your hoods for right moment to rebel. Strike hard when your usurper is weak and raise the banner of rebellion! Informants protects from Take Over attempts, helps in your own rebellions and helps suppress the rebellion of your hoods against you. Informants will also help in conquests of other Bosses.

When you rebel or protect from hood rebellion the army assigned to Informants is added to your regular sector defense army or attacking army. Obviously it is most beneficial to add to the Informants the hoods which won't fit into regular attack or defense army normally.

Defensive value of the guardhouse does not factor into kidnapping nor rescue and is ignored from the kidnapping/rescue equation.
