Streets Court Any number of hoods can be in The Streets, though they are idle while there. The Streets are the default location for recruited and kidnapped hoods.
Mansion Castle Post hoods in the mansion and they can build new assets for your city. They can also expand (increase the size) of assets which lets more hoods work in that asset.
Casino Marketplace The Casino is your gang's main source of income. The larger the Casino's size and the more upgraded it is, the more cash it'll bring in for the family but you have to have hoods there or it'll sit there doing you no good.
Security Post Wall Casino The Security Post is the main line of defense for Downtown (Mansion, Safe House, Bodyguard Detail and Emergency Room).
Lookouts Watchtower Casino The Lookouts keep an eye on your Inner City interests (Streets, Hide Out, Informants and Black Van).
Harbor Patrol Palisade Casino The Harbor Patrol is the main line of defense for the Waterfront (Casino, Foreman's Office, Bar and Unmarked Chopper).

The Hide Out is where you store your army of hoods before you go to war. These are your soldiers in the battle for supremacy of the underworld. They also act as reinforcements for the Lookouts.
Emergency Room Hospital Hide Out Speeds healing of hoods
Foreman's Office Workshop Hide Out The Foreman's Office lets you increase the effectiveness of your assets. The more you invest in the asset the better your hoods will perform their assigned duties.
Safe House Tower Emergency

The Safe House is a asset that kidnapped hoods can be placed in while you wait for the heat to blow over. They're harder to steal back when they're at the Safe House. It's also a good place to store some extra cash and make it harder to Heist.
Informants Guardhouse Hide Out

Office size 5
The Bar increases the Hype of your hoods. The more hyped up they are the more likely they are to succeed at their attack actions.
Bodyguard Detail Blockhouse Safe House size 5 The Bodyguard Detail keeps specific hoods on ice for you making it even harder to have those guys Kidnapped. They don't help your other defenses.
Black Van Trapper Informants

Unmarked Chopper Outpost Bar size 5 The Unmarked Chopper adds to your city's alert over time and keeps you aware of the threat level to your City.
