Lookouts defend against enemy attacks targeting the Street, Informants, Black Van.

• The Lookouts defense sector is in the center row on the City screen.
• Lookouts must be manned by hoods in order to effectively withstand an enemy Boss's attack.
• The strength of each hood assigned to the Lookouts is increased by 5% for each level of upgrade. (e.g. Level 4 = +20% for each hood)
• The number of hoods that can man the Lookouts is equal to its Size.
• Hoods who defend against an attack take damage and can be healed with an Emergency Room
