The Streets holds accommodations for an infinite number of new and/or kidnapped hoods. They will not be producing anything valuable, however, while they remain there.

• Hoods in The Streets are idle, as it is simply a place to fit unlimited numbers of hoods.
• This is the default location for newly kidnapped or recruited hoods to appear.
• The hood is defended by Lookouts. Without Lookouts, hoods can easily be kidnapped.
